For the first time, Veho has been awarded the Great Place To Work® (GPTW) certification for the entire group. Last year, in 2021, the GPTW certificate, which assesses the quality of the working atmosphere and workplace culture, was awarded to Veho's operations in Sweden and Lithuania.
In 2022, all five Veho Group countries that participated in the certification exceeded the national averages for GPTW certification.

Great Place To Work is a global certification program that recognizes companies for a positive, trust-based workplace culture. In the GPTW model, a good workplace is built on five pillars: credibility, respect, fairness, team spirit and pride. Great Place to Work measures the achievement of these elements through a thorough assessment of workplace culture and atmosphere. The certification includes a comprehensive employee survey and an audit of company policies and practices.
The Great Place to Work certification is based on the Trust Index© staff survey, which assesses the workplace climate on a total of 15 criteria. Veho scored highest in the categories of fairness, hospitality, and professional pride.
