Veho enhances Customer Experience in Commercial Vehicles and Cars Segments

Veho is announcing a strategic development aimed at better serving diverse customer demands within the Commercial Vehicles and Cars sectors. This strategic transformation involves the introduction of a new operating model that will come into effect starting from the year 2024. The company will reorganize its operations into three distinct business units, each dedicated to delivering specialized solutions within their respective domains.

The newly devised business units are as follows:

Commercial Vehicles:

Under this unit, Veho will focus on providing comprehensive solutions for Commercial Vehicles across Trucks, Buses, and Vans. This encompassing approach will incorporate both Retail services and Distribution services in the Trucks and Buses sector. The operational scope of this unit will span across key markets including Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Sweden. The business unit will be led by Tobias Sigerstad, who joined Veho in 2022. Reino Manninen, who started in Veho in August 2023, will be leading Commercial Vehicles Finland operations.

Cars, General Distribution (GD):

This unit will oversee both Cars retail and Cars and Vans distribution in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. This multifaceted approach ensures that Veho remains at the forefront of providing quality solutions while also strengthening its distribution network. Unit will be led by Janne Kämäräinen who will join Veho in October 2023. Kari Halonen will be leading Cars Finland Retail operations.

Cars & Vans, Sweden Retail:

Veho recognizes the distinct demands of the Swedish market and is excited to introduce a dedicated Retail unit focused on Cars and Vans in Sweden. This specialization allows Veho to tailor its offerings to the unique preferences of Swedish consumers, ensuring an elevated customer experience. Unit is led by Metin Basberber.

By realigning its operations into these three strategic business units, Veho aims to enhance its ability to deliver targeted solutions, streamline its customer interactions, and foster a deeper connection with its clientele. By specializing in these domains, Veho is uniquely positioned to understand and address the diverse requirements of its private and commercial clientele.

"We are thrilled to continue this strategic journey that underscores our dedication to customer-centricity," says Juha Ruotsalainen, CEO of Veho Group. "This transformation will empower us to provide specialized services to our valued customers in both the Commercial Vehicles and Cars segments, allowing us to better address their evolving needs."

The new operating model is being designed and planned, and it is set to go live in 2024, marking an exciting chapter in Veho's journey. As the company evolves, it remains steadfast in its commitment to providing high-quality solutions and a 5- star customer experience to its customers.
